MiB Returns Policy

We are very friendly here at MiB, so if you do have any questions or problems, please get in contact with us straight away and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues you have. 

If Bought from the MiB Website 

Non Faulty Returns:

We have a 14 day no quibble return policy. The 14 days start from the date of receipt.

Please follow the steps below:

  Step 1: Contact us at mibheretohelp@mibebikes.co.uk. Letting us know your order number and the bike you wish to return/exchange.

 Step 2: If you are returning the bike, we require the bike to be returned in the same condition you received it in, including all original packaging. We can not accept returns of bikes that have been used.

 Whilst we do not refund the cost for you to return a bike to us. We are happy to organise a collection using our couriers and we will charge you exactly what we get charged by our courier, we will make no profit from organising collections on your behalf. Using our collection service may be cheaper than arranging your own courier. 


 We are very happy to process an exchange, as we want you to have a bike that is right for you. Please follow steps 1 and 2 from the above refund policy. Once we receive the bike back in the warehouse, we will then organise delivery of the replacement bike free of charge (For the first exchange only, any subsequent exchanges will be subject to a delivery charge).

Faulty Returns:

In the extremely rare circumstances that your bike is found to be damaged or faulty upon delivery and we can not troubleshoot the issue over email/phone, we will organise a collection free of charge. Once we receive the bike back we will then organise a replacement bike to be delivered on a date that suits you best.

If Bought from Amazon 

 If you bought an MiB E-Bike from Amazon, you will need to process the return through your amazon account. If you are having trouble doing this please get in contact with us and we will do our best to help.
